Group Tasters & Courses...
STRIKE Taekwondo Communities can offer taster classes and short courses to community groups. Classes can be tailor-made to meet the requirements of the group, here are a few examples of what we can offer: -
- Martial Arts taster class (includes aspects of
various martial & fighting arts - i.e. Taekwondo, Boxing, Karate,
Thai Boxing, Kick Boxing).
- Martial Arts fitness class
- Self -defence
- Ladies only self defense
- Taekwondo taster class
- 4-6 week programme of martial arts (certified course)
Groups can be taught at our premises with full equipment provided, or we can visit you.
Recent programmes have included: -
- Taekwondo taster class for the Young Farmers club
- Ladies only self-defence for parents who attend the Highfield Centre in Keighley
- Martial
Arts
taster class, covering self-defence & elements of boxing, with
community group Roshni Ghar
