STRIKE
Taekwondo club runs a range of classes throughout the week for
different age groups and
abilities. We have new classes starting in 2012 at both Keighley and
Bingley. Please see below for Class

All classes are suitable for complete beginners. You don't need to be fit or have any experience, just come along and give it a try!
